Group member are encourage to look for a person that can fold better plane so that the paper (resources) is not wasted as in real business. However, most of the group never did this, everyone used up everything and some group's paper plane not only do not fly the furthest but reverse back and turned out to be the shortest.
Lesson learned, try to get different ability of people to form a team so that they are capable to handle their specialization jobs and at the same time can save resources by minimizing errors that waste resources.
